Minutes of Annual Meeting
Saturday April 17, 2010 10 AM
Chairman Oates called the meeting to order.
Chair Oates asked the Clerk to present the 2009 Financial Statement, there were no questions.
Clerk Queen read the minutes of the 2009 Annual meeting, motion to approve by Jan Harris, 2nd by Mary Rognholt, motion carried.
Chairman Oates made a statement on the roads and on the amount of salt and sand that we used over the winter, also commented that we lost a few mailboxes.
The 2011 Annual meeting was set for the second Tuesday in April at 7 PM.
Motion to adjourn by Jan Harris, 2nd by Mark Storms, Meeting adjourned
