Call to Order by Howard Oates

Roll Call Present: Chairman Oates, Supervisor Dobbs, Supervisor Knoble, Clerk Marie Leifheit, Treasurer Jan Harris

Present and Approve Bills for Payment: motion to approve by Spv. Dobbs; seconded by Chair Oates; passed
New Business:
Zoning Variances
Plachinski/Champnoise: Spv. Dobbs made motion to approve variance; Spv. Knoble seconded the motion; motion passed.
Rognholt: Spv. Knoble made the motion to approve the variance; Chair Oates seconded the motion; motion passed.
Employees:
Grievance Policy and Resolution #11-10: spv. Knoble made the motion to approve; Spv. Dobbs seconded the motion; motion approved.
Direct Payroll Deposit: tabled
Fire Calls – Schrock will send another letter
Recycling:
Fall Clean-up dates – October 22 & 29 – (thank you Parker for the date notice)
Roads
Sand purchase – Chair Oates said will get from Olson’s for $7.50 – will mix with salt
Mow/grade – mowing done for the year; will grade as needed
Gravel process payment – Spv. Knoble made motion to pay Bauer Limestone $25,000.00 on acct.; Chair Oates seconded the motion; motion passed
Deep Well – FEMA – Spv. Knoble will talk to Carl Oman about getting it done; send Batavia, IL letter copy to Carl; Chair Oates said M. Queen sent letter to FEMA for extension
Chairman notes: when will cash flow and budget be ready? Include $40,000 to $60,000 for new/used backhoe purchase; questioned paying for payroll work.
